Terms of use

These terms govern access to Blind Exit. By using the service, you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent under local law. You are responsible for the activity on your account, for choosing a unique password, and for keeping credentials private. Usernames must not impersonate another person, violate rights, or contain abusive material.

Daily play and rankings

Each account may submit one scored run per Central Time calendar day. The daily puzzle resets at midnight in the America/Chicago time zone. The server recalculates scores from submitted prediction coordinates. You may not automate play, alter requests, exploit defects, submit another person’s run, interfere with the service, or manipulate a leaderboard. Scores or accounts may be removed when there is evidence of abuse or a material scoring defect.

Practice lab

The free Practice Lab contains 10 unranked example sets that may be replayed without limit. Practice attempts, module retries, demonstrations, and practice scores do not change the daily result, player record, or leaderboards.

Blind Exit Premium

Blind Exit Premium is a one-time entitlement priced at $2.99 USD on the web and at the equivalent store-listed price in native apps. It permits an account to play three rotating unranked bonus studies each day, replay the previous 14 daily levels, and own up to 10 private groups. An account may join up to 20 groups. Premium does not change ranked gameplay scores or ranking priority.

Stripe processes web purchases. Apple or Google processes native purchases. Taxes, currency conversion, refunds, and payment terms are shown by the payment provider. A refund, reversal, or dispute may revoke bonus studies, archive access, and the right to create additional groups. Existing groups may remain available so members do not lose history without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, probe other accounts, evade limits, upload malicious content, or use Blind Exit unlawfully. Access may be limited or terminated to protect players, providers, or the service.

Ownership and feedback

Blind Exit and its game design, code, visual identity, and content remain the publisher’s property or that of its licensors. These terms grant a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. Feedback may be used without payment or obligation.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or end. Daily challenges, scoring tolerances, group limits, and free features may change prospectively. A paid entitlement will not be converted into a recurring subscription without a separate purchase and explicit consent.

Disclaimers and liability

Blind Exit is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Disputes and contact

Mandatory consumer rights and the law that applies to the publisher and user govern these terms. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives a forum that local law guarantees. Use the developer contact shown on the App Store, Google Play, or website distribution page for support or legal notices.
